Anne Shotter Presents:
Using Tarot to Tell a Story
We all understand The Fool's journey through the Major Arcana. This presentation will guide you to discover your personal story as told by the Tarot.
The Tarot is a rich, creative source of stories of unmeasurable expanse. It connects to our imagination through the language of symbols. We become familiar with its characters, their strengths and weaknesses. In our readings, we see the paths we are drawn to travel, sometimes chosen and sometimes fated. It is from this vast and complex potential that we can also draw amazing stories from our imagination. When reading for a client there are other considerations for us to consider. But have you ever just let your imagination create a beautiful story from the cards? Pamela Coleman Smith, the artist who drew the scenes in the Rider Waite Smith deck was also a set designer for the theatre. She thereby gave us an abundance of amazing settings to choose from to begin our stories. Please bring your own cards.
