Soul to Soul Tarot Reading

We are all here in the Earth school at the moment.

It can be really hard at times. That is the main reason people will come for a tarot reading.

Always be compassionate and listen to your client’s needs and concerns during the reading.

Don’t talk about yourself and your life experiences.

The reading is about your client.

We are all here learning lessons so we can expand and evolve our soul.

We are all unique and special.

One of your goals doing a tarot reading is to leave the client feeling better at the end of the reading than when they started.

This doesn’t mean you should never give bad news. You should be careful how you discuss difficult situations with the client.

Find things that the client can actually do about their situation. Perhaps you can draw a couple of extra cards asking what the client can do about this situation at the end of the reading.

Not every situation can be changed, but sometimes having something constructive to do can be a great help.

Prepare the room for the reading by cleansing the room with sage or palo santo.

Put your phone on silent. There is nothing worse than getting interrupted when doing a reading.

Light a candle. Where there is light, there is no darkness I say. The flame of the candle burns any negativity during the reading.

Take three deep breaths to help centre yourself. Visualise yourself and client be in a bubble of white light.

I always invite my guides to assist and protect me during the reading. You can mentally state that to your Guides and ask them to step forward to assist you in giving the client accurate information.

Remember to ground yourself by making sure your feet are flat on the ground [grow roots out of your feet into the earth.]

Take time to really observe the client you are reading for.

Visualise a connection between your heart chakra and the clients heart chakra.

During the reading, watch the clients body language.

Decide before the reading what spread/s you are going to use and the time frame of the reading.

I tell my clients that the time frame of the reading is within the year ahead.

The Reading.

I ask the client to shuffle the cards and pass them back to me. I do not cut the cards as others readers do. I have faith that the client has shuffled the cards into the correct order that I am reading them.

Once the cards are laid out in the spread that I have decided on beforehand, I scan the cards to gather information. I scan the numbers, the Major arcana, the Minor Arcana, any patterns, the colours and any other information that comes through psychically.

I read them all together in a story.

I do ask the client if there is any area of life they want me to focus on more that another.

I do ask them if they have any questions during the reading.

You don’t go to the doctor and sit there with your arms folding and asking them to guess what is wrong with you. Lol

Be confident with your tarot readings and thank the client for coming for the tarot reading and ask them if it was helpful to them.

I do leave my clients with some homework to do when they get home.

i.e. perform some Mirror work or write a Dear Universe letter etc.
